Better hardware
AISI 304 / 31610M
MCBF 10,000,000 on the tripod rotor mechanism. Marine-grade stainless, 10mm tempered glass, brushless drives, with every unit acceptance-tested under ISO 9001.
We design every product, machine our own AISI 304 / 316 stainless, and run our own Brooklyn assembly facility. The manufacturer, not a reseller, with five years of warranty behind every install. Higher-grade materials, custom finishes, every major access-control integration, and manufacturer-direct pricing, typically 15–25% under comparable premium brands.
Built to a higher spec
The price gap is real, but it's not the whole story. We spec the underlying materials and components a tier above what the imported rebrands ship, and we acceptance-test every unit under our ISO 9001 process before it leaves the factory. Procurement reads the standards; we wanted you to see them too.
Cabinet steel
AISI 304 stainless as standard, AISI 316 marine-grade for sanitary, coastal, and washdown environments. Painted carbon steel, dressed up as "stainless-look," is what most imported rebrands ship.
Glass panels
Tempered safety glass, five times stronger than annealed, safe-shatter under impact. Optional laminated upgrade for security zones. Every panel field-replaceable from Brooklyn stock.
Drive system
Brushless DC motors with sealed bearings: no brushes to wear, no gear oil to leak. Sub-45dB(A) at 1m operation versus the 70+dB clack of mechanical-arm imports.
IR sensor array
Multi-beam infrared with optical alignment for tailgate detection. EMI-shielded against access-control panel interference; sub-100ms response on speed-gate barriers.
Cabinet sealing
IP54 rated as standard against dust ingress and splash. IP65 on outdoor and sanitary lines, validated under direct-washdown protocols with hose and chemical sanitizer.
Control electronics
Industrial-temperature-grade control board, conformal coated for humidity and condensation. FCC-compliant electronics, validated against motor-drive interference.
Quality control · every unit, every time
Documentation packets available on request
ISO 9001 acceptance
Every serial number tested before ship, not statistical sampling.
Finish validation
Corrosion and powder-coat adhesion checked on every finish batch.
Cycle endurance
Tripod rotor mechanism rated MCBF 10,000,000 before pattern qualification.
EMC / EMI
Validated against access-control panel interference.
10M
Tripod rotor MCBF
MCBF 10,000,000 on the tripod rotor mechanism, well beyond imported mechanical equivalents.
< 45 dB
At 1m, in operation
Quieter than a refrigerator. Mechanical-arm imports run 70+ dB.
< 100 ms
IR barrier response
Multi-beam tailgate detection on optical speed-gate platform.
Where the price comes from
Most US-market turnstiles take a four-stage trip before they hit your loading dock. Each stage adds margin. We sell direct from the factory floor, so you don't pay anyone whose only job is to hand the box to the next person.

What changes when you buy direct
Not abstractions. The things that show up on your PO, your install schedule, and your year-five maintenance budget.
Most US-market "manufacturers" are rebadging OEM units from a handful of overseas factories. We design every product, machine our own AISI 304 / 316 stainless, write the firmware, and run the production line ourselves. US-assembled and supported.
AISI 304 / 316 stainless cabinets, 10mm tempered glass, brushless DC drives, IP54 / IP65 sealing, MCBF 10,000,000 on the tripod rotor mechanism. Better materials, lower price. The savings come from cutting middlemen, not from cutting corners.
Custom finishes (any RAL, brushed/polished/satin stainless, bronze, brass, wood/stone cladding, custom glass tints), custom dimensions, every major access-control panel, and every credential type: face recognition, mobile wallets, biometrics, multi-factor combos.
Standard configurations leave our Brooklyn assembly facility in 3–8 weeks, not the 12–16 week container waits typical of fully-imported equipment. Repeat orders typically clear in under three.
Motors, control electronics, sensors, structural metalwork, IP-rated seals: all warranted for five years. Spare parts ship same-day from our Brooklyn inventory under emergency-replacement contracts. Engineer-led RMA, no distributor middleman.
Pre-sales, integration, post-install: the same six people own engineering and operations and they're the ones returning your call. No offshore tier-1 queue, no scripted email tree.
Side-by-side comparison
The dimensions a procurement team actually evaluates (materials, reliability testing, customization, integrations, service, lead time) versus the two real alternatives most US buyers face: an imported brand through a distributor, or direct from an overseas factory.

Customization & integration
The rebranders sell what they have on the shelf. We design every product from scratch and run our own factory floor, so custom finishes, custom dimensions, every major access-control panel, and every credential type (face recognition, mobile wallets, biometrics, PIV/CAC-capable readers) are part of the standard quote, not a hard-stop conversation.
01 · Finishes & form

02 · Access control & readers

03 · Workflows & integrations
Beyond the basic credential-check loop. We've shipped mantrap interlocks, two-person integrity, handwash interlocks for cleanrooms, lockdown logic for K-12, and BMS hooks for commercial buildings.

Service & warranty
The warranty is real, the parts inventory is real, and the engineer who answers your support call is the one who designed the unit. The same operating model that makes our hardware better also makes our service better. There's no offshore tier-1 queue between you and a fix.
Motors, control electronics, sensors, structural metalwork, and IP-rated cabinet seals. Glass panels covered against manufacturing defects for the same period. Honored regardless of which integrator installed the system.
We stock every wear component (sensors, drive motor, control board, glass panel) at our Brooklyn facility. Spare parts ship same-day under emergency-replacement contracts; standard RMAs ship next business day.
No distributor middleman, no offshore tier-1 queue. The same engineers who designed the unit own the support escalation. If a unit fails commissioning, we replace it without an RMA fight.
Optional 24/7 emergency contracts add a US-based on-call engineer for after-hours incidents. Pairs with critical-infrastructure and high-availability deployments where lane downtime has measurable cost.
Every component documented as field-replaceable. Discontinued models still supported. Customers running 15-year-old DT 100 tripods still order replacement rotors from 6103 Strickland Ave, Brooklyn.

Materials and tolerances. Our cabinets are AISI 304 stainless as standard and AISI 316 marine-grade for sanitary / coastal builds, not painted carbon steel rebadged as "stainless-look." Drive systems are sealed brushless DC, and tripod mechanisms are rated to an MCBF of 10 million cycles. Glass is 10mm tempered, with an optional laminated upgrade for security zones. Every unit is acceptance-tested under our ISO 9001 process before it ships: no statistical sampling, every serial number gets the same protocol. We'd rather slip a delivery by a week than ship a unit that hasn't passed.
Because the engineering is the brand. Most US-market "name brand" turnstiles are rebadged OEM hardware from one of three Asian factories: same parts, same firmware, just a US-printed faceplate. We design the mechanics, write the firmware, and assemble the units ourselves. When you have an integration question, you get the engineer who wrote the code.
ISO 9001 quality system, IP54 standard cabinets (IP65 for outdoor and sanitary lines, validated under direct-washdown protocols), UL-listed electrical components, FCC-compliant control electronics, ADA 2010 accessibility on speed-gate and swing-gate configurations, and integration with PIV/CAC-capable readers for federal work. Documentation is available on request for procurement and compliance reviews.
Send specs: facility type, entry-point count, the access-control system you already run. We'll come back with a side-by-side priced against the imported quote you've got on file.
