5-year limited warranty

Gatestile entrance-control hardware (turnstiles, speed gates, swing gates, and barriers) carries a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use, measured from the date of delivery to you. This limited warranty is provided by Gatestile Inc.. Coverage includes the mechanism, drive components, control logic, and cabinet structure.

• Mechanical and electromechanical failures under normal duty cycles.
• Control boards and drive components that fail in normal service.
• Structural defects in the stainless or aluminum cabinet.
• Replacement parts shipped from our Brooklyn facility, typically same-day for stocked components.

• Damage from misuse, vandalism, accident, flood, fire, or power events outside rated tolerances.
• Installation not performed to our published guidelines, or modifications made without authorization.
• Normal wear items and consumables, and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
• Third-party readers, credentials, or access-control software not supplied by Gatestile.

For a covered defect we provide replacement parts and cover inbound and outbound freight on the defective part. On-site labor, travel, and the removal or reinstallation of equipment are not included unless we agree to them in writing.

Contact us with your order number, the model and serial number, and a short description of the issue (photos or video help). An engineer will diagnose the problem and, where covered, ship a replacement part or arrange service. For covered failures we prioritize getting your lane back in service quickly.

Repair or replacement of a defective part, at our option, is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Except for this limited warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This warranty is subject to our Terms of Service, including the limitation of liability and dispute-resolution provisions.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and to the end user for whom the equipment was purchased. It is not otherwise transferable.

Warranty repairs are handled by RMA. We will issue an RMA number and return instructions before any part is sent back. See our Shipping & Returns policy for non-warranty returns and lead times.
