Shipping & Returns
Lead times, freight, and returns. Last updated: June 15, 2026.
Lead times
Standard configurations ship from our Brooklyn facility in 3-8 weeks depending on product line, with tripods on the faster end and glass rotating drums on the slower end. Custom finishes typically add 2-3 weeks. Repeat orders of an existing configuration usually ship in under three weeks. You receive a firm lead time with your quote.
Shipping & freight
Accessories and spares ship via parcel carrier within the continental US, typically within a few business days. Turnstiles, gates, and barriers ship by freight; freight is quoted per project based on configuration, quantity, and destination. We coordinate delivery appointments for dock or liftgate as needed.
Hardware is made to order
Most entrance-control hardware is built and finished to your specification, so it is non-returnable once production begins. We confirm every configuration in writing before we start. Reservation deposits are credited toward your final invoice and are refundable before production begins.
Returns on stocked accessories
- Unopened, stocked accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Programmed-to-order credentials and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect deliveries on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days with photos and your order number and we will make it right, including replacement or a return authorization (RMA). Covered hardware failures are handled under our warranty.
