Accessibility statement

Gatestile is committed to making gatestile.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the site. We also aim to meet the accessibility expectations reflected in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Gatestile is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content may not yet fully conform to the standard, and we are working to close those gaps.

• Semantic HTML with labelled landmarks, headings, and forms.
• Keyboard operability for navigation, menus, dialogs, and interactive controls.
• Visible focus indicators and color contrast that meets AA on text.
• Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
• Meaningful alternative text on informative images.

We evaluate accessibility through ongoing internal review as we build and maintain the site. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit. If you are a government buyer and need accessibility conformance information for procurement, contact us and we will provide what we have.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view whose accessibility we do not control; the same address and phone number are always available as an accessible alternative in the contact details on that page. Other third-party embeds or documents may not always meet the same standard. Where we identify gaps, we prioritize fixes and provide an accessible alternative on request.
